About Me

I am a social science researcher and data scientist with a passion for using data to address complex social and organizational challenges. I have partnered with scientific, nonprofit, and government organizations to produce meaningful research products and refine data initiatives.

I have over a decade of experience designing and executing research methodologies, cleaning, modelling, and analyzing data, creating impactful visualizations, and delivering results in written reports and presentations. My work has been deeply rooted in social justice, with experience leading projects on housing rights, equality, and prejudice reduction. Partnering with Indigenous organizations, I have also worked to develop collaborative research projects that support Indigenous post-secondary education and advance rights to self-determination.

I received my PhD in Social Psychology from Brock University, where I secured numerous research grants and published my work in leading academic journals including Nature Human Behaviour. My work has been featured in national press articles and media interviews in outlets such as CBC and Psychology Today. As an avid public speaker, I have presented my work in national and international events for the scientific community and for the broader public.

I am also an Adjunct Professor at Brock University. In addition to my  PhD, I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Degree in Psychology.

If you’re seeking a partner to help design, execute, or refine your research or data initiatives, I’d love to collaborate. Let’s work together to turn data into actionable strategies that create positive change.
